Every speech I have heard him give he has yelled. Does he know how to properly give a speech. This guy is insane, and we should know this by looking at his liberal father. The only Kennedy that has even done a little good for this country is John F. Kennedy. The Kennedy family couldn't run a Girl Scouts Group. The Bush family is a lot more respectable and intelligent.
