I actually used to work for a place that made Hoodia liquid for a diet plan marketing company, and I can say with certainty that people who believe in that kind stuff would be disillusioned if they knew the things that went on in there.
Thanks for sharing that; I’m just amazed at how much money people will shell out for instant fixes of all kinds, not just dieting.
I’ve even tried a few things — and the only conclusion I’ve come to — the only thing that works for me — is to get up off my duff and exercise, combined with limiting the crap I put in my mouth.
There’s a great, free, calorie tracking site called http://www.thedailyplate.com that works like a charm; huge database of food, processed or not, that lets you see exactly how you’re eating … and no, in case you wondered, I am not an affiliate marketer for them haha…
